Terms of Service

These terms cover the website service sold at cursorbuilt.com by Cursor Built, powered by Cursor Group ("we", "us"). By paying for a membership you agree to them.

The service

For $75 a month we design, build and host a website for your business, using the information, logo and photos you send us. Every site is checked by our team before we send it to you.

Billing

Your membership is billed through Stripe until you cancel, either monthly ($75 a month) or yearly ($675 a year, prepaid). The yearly plan renews each year at the same price unless you cancel. If you buy a new domain through us, its first year is added to your first payment at the price shown at checkout, and it renews yearly at the price shown.

Revisions

Active members receive unlimited revision requests to their existing site, including text, images, pricing, hours, menus, and layout adjustments. Requests are completed in the order received, typically within 1 to 2 business days. New features, additional pages, e-commerce functionality, or a full redesign may be quoted separately.

Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time. Service, including hosting and revisions, continues through the end of the current billing period. At the end of that period the website is taken offline. The design, code and hosting remain the property of Cursor Built. The customer retains ownership of their domain name and all content they provided (text, logos, photos).

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to build, host and update your site.

Acceptable use

We don't build or host sites for illegal products or services, or content that is fraudulent, hateful or infringes on someone else's rights. We may refuse or take down a site that does.

Our liability

We work to keep your site online and working, but we can't promise it will never go down. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll email active members before it takes effect.
