Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your membership anytime with no fees. Email cursorgrouphq@gmail.com or DM @cursorbuilt and we'll confirm it.

What happens when you cancel

Service, including hosting and revisions, continues through the end of your current billing period. At the end of that period your website is taken offline. The design, code and hosting remain the property of Cursor Built. You keep your domain name and all content you gave us (text, logos, photos).

Refunds

Payments aren't refunded for the part of a billing period left after you cancel, on either the monthly or the yearly plan. You won't be charged again.
Domain fees aren't refundable once the domain is registered, since registrars don't refund them. The domain stays yours.
If we haven't sent you your site yet and you change your mind, email us and we'll refund your plan payment.

Tell us what to change. Revisions are unlimited while you're a member, typically done within 1 to 2 business days.
